Council votes to retain financial share of Resource Centre building

WHEN an enterprising group, the Committee at the St. Arnaud Community Resource Centre, made a request to the Northern Grampians Shire Council (NGSC) in 2004 they were approaching all levels of government to contribute to the purchase of the building at 85 Napier Street.
